When we ask you to provide specific information by which you are identified, you should be assured that it will only be used per this privacy policy. Galaxtel may change this policy from time to time by updating this page. You should check this page from time to time so that you are well aware of our privacy policy.

What we collect
We may collect the following information:
1- Name
2- Company Name and website
3- Contact information including Email address, Phone numbers, WhatsApp, and Skype IDs
4- Other information relevant to products and services. We may required Time Zone.

What we do with this information
1- We require this information to understand your needs and to provide you with better service, and for the following particular reasons:

Terms and Conditions

RENTING A SERVER FROM Galaxtel:-
1). If you rent a server from on a monthly plan, keep in mind that the server expires automatically after a month.
2). After payment, you will receive an email within 24 hours that contains all details including server passwords.
3). Linux server root password will not be delivered. Becuase SSH access is blocked by firewall & due to our web portal source code security.
4). Once we receive the payment, it is not refundable. If there is any issue with the server in this condition our technical team first check and evaluate the server, After checking in 24 hours our support team may replace the server with no extra cost.
5). If you face any issues during your subscribed period, feel free to open ticket by login into customer portal https://panel.galaxtel.com/
As soon as possible, our technical team will reply you back on ticket of if needed they may join you on TeamViewer or any disk ID to fix the issue.
6). In order to resubscribe, you need to pay 24 hours prior to the expiry of the server. If payment is not received before the expiry date,your server will be shut down and database will be deleted.
7). We don't allow any sort of illegal activities on our hosted servers. In such a case we will terminate the server without any further notice.
8). Dedicated and clouded server hardware specs and prices can be changed based on server availability and data center location.

DATA SHIFTING

Data will shift only these conditions :
1.) If your rented server having any hardware issues. There may be some down time to replace specific hardware of the server.
2.) If your rented server prefomance is not good. They we might need to upgrade you to a newer server in that case server IP address may also get changed.
3.) If customer wants to shift to a newer server without have any issue on custtent server then customer has to pay 99$ support fee to shift all data to new server. Once we received Server details from the customer our technical team will take a minimum of 24 hours for data shifting. Data Shifting charges start from $99.
During your subscribed period, As per customer demand, Our technical team will Increase the hardware of the server and Ports / Concurrent Calls . For this upgradation, Our Company will charge an extra fee

Personal data we receive is generally held in client files or a computer database. We take reasonable steps to ensure that the personal information that we hold is protected from unauthorized access, misuse, loss, modification, and disclosure. To ensure the safety of the client's data, our team is liable to change login details or upgrade portal at any point in time without the client's knowledge. However, if such attacks do occur, sippy switch is not liable for any damages to the portal or any data stolen. We have adopted these measures in order to facilitate secure storage of personal information, having secure offices and access controls for our computer systems. We will also take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify personal information that we no longer need for any purpose. We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or we are required by law to do so. In the event of a criminal investigation, we may be required by law enforcement agencies to share certain personal information. If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible on support @ galaxtel.com. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect. Any team member or staff is not allowed to share any kind of personal information or documents with any client.
